Thanks to a shortage of vanilla in the world there is now another vanilla aroma developed.. well not really.
It takes one concentrated drop of it to make one bucket smell and taste like vanilla ice cream.
This new replacement for the real vanilla sticks comes from the beaver near the anal gland the caster.
The bever is captured in a clip underwater, when dead it's caster gets cut out and the rest of it's body gets used for other things.
The caster gets tried, when dried it's aroma's get extracted out of it in a lab and gets sold to any company who might need it in their product(s)

When you go healthy you might think it's a lot of work cooking it all but you can make it as easy as possible for yourself by doing 3 steps mainly:
1.) getting healthy foods in your home.
2.) cleaning and chopping it up.
3.) adding herbs and spices to it and heating that cooking pan up!

It doesn't have to be a 4 star Michelin restaurant meal.
You can make a meal as simple or hard, boring or flamboyant as you want it to be, it's in your hands to change your eating pattern but it doesn't have to be boring or tasteless.
